The vehicle may be perfectly parked, but you see the driver walk away without entering the business that owns the reserved space now taken by their car. As a business manager, there is nothing worse than an empty store or office when all of your reserved parking spaces are filled. Ticket them.
Your business and livelihood rely on your REAL customers being able to feel welcome and important enough to have parking set aside just for them. Remind the offender of that, once or twice. If they continue to park in your space, put a sticker on the car and have them towed.
