Friendly Warning Parking Notice gives a head’s up, not a penalty
Be kind and let any violator, anywhere, know that parking where they did is risky. This ticket gives the violator the benefit of the doubt, in case they missed the sign or if the parking rules have recently changed.

You may not think of a parking ticket as an act of kindness, but one like this that warns instead of penalizes could be.
Anxiety produced by the appearance of a paper under the wiper – fear of getting a penalty notice – will be dissipated by the relief of seeing that the error is just being pointed out.
